Abstract

Seni Abstrak merupakan karya yang berwujud 2 (dua) dimensi atau lukisan, yang dibuat melalui indra perasa yang meluapkan sesuatu tidak melalui perwujudan sebuah figur atau objek dalam karya lukis. Seni Abstrak mengutamakan komposisi, harmoni, dan proporsi dalam komponen karya. Karya lukis yang berawal dari perpecahan emosi dalam keluarga yang mempengaruhi sifat dan karakter perupa. Penciptaan karya ini menjadi cara meluapkan emosi perupa dalam berkarya. Seni Modern yang digunakan dalam penyusunan komponen-komponen tersebut, termasuk dan terutama pada unsur-unsur rupa. Warna dan unsur-unsur rupa diutamakan untuk mewujudkan permasalahan personal yang dikiaskan menjadi sebuah karya lukis abstrak. Dengan pendekatan material thinking dalam penciptaan, perupa memvisualisasikan ekspresi dan emosi tersebut pada goresan dan permainan warna dengan medium cat dan kuas, yang kemudian disusun dan diciptakan kedalam Seni Lukis Abstrak. ***** Tyara Putri Afandi. 2024. Abstract Art is a work in the form of 2 (two) dimensions or paintings, which are made through the sense of taste that overflows something, not through the embodiment of a figure or object in a painting work. Abstract Art prioritizes composition, harmony, and proportion in the components of the work. Painting works that start from emotional divisions in the family that affect the nature and character of the artist. The creation of this work is a way to vent the artist's emotions in his work. Modern art is used in the preparation of these components, including and especially in visual elements. Color and visual elements are prioritized to realize personal problems that are figuratively translated into an abstract painting work. With a material thinking approach in creation, the artist visualizes these expressions and emotions in strokes and color play with the medium of paint and brushes, which are then arranged and created into Abstract Painting.
