Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesehatan, infrastruktur, dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan antar provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari 6 Provinsi di Pulau Jawa tahun 2012-2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresesi data panel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dari tahun 2012-2022. Ketimpangan pembangunan di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, namun dalam penelitian ini digunakan tiga variabel dependen yaitu kesehatan, infrastruktur, dan pengeluaran pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Effect Model (REM) untuk menganalisis data. Dari hasil analisil uji statistik menggunakan eviews menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan, infrastruktur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan dan pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan. Kata Kunci: Ketimpangan Pembangunan, Kesehatan, Infrastruktur, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Daerah. This research aims to determine the effect of health, infrastructure and government spending on development disparities between provinces on the island of Java. This research uses panel data from 6 provinces on the island of Java in 2012- 2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using panel data regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2012-2022. Development inequality is influenced by several factors, but in this study three dependent variables were used, namely health, infrastructure and government spending. This research uses the Random Effect Model (REM) method to analyze the data. From the results of statistical test analysis using eviews, it shows that health has a negative and significant effect on development inequality, infrastructure has a negative and significant effect on development inequality and government spending has a positive and significant effect on development inequality.
