Abstract

Sistem informasi yang tepat untuk memperkenalkan bisnis dan layanan perusahaan adalah company profile. CV Putra Jaya Mandiri belum memiliki Company Profile berbasis Website, kurang memanfaatkan media digital, memiliki banyak pesaing bisnis di bidang yang sama, dan belum memiliki rancangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu design thinking yang memiliki 5 tahapan, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Prototype High-Fidelity sebagai referensi pembuatan Company Profile berbasis Website pada CV Putra Jaya Mandiri yang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan user yaitu pemilik, pekerja, pelanggan tetap, dan calon pelanggan. Prototype high-fidelity yang telah dikembangkan mencapai skor 87.5 pada pengujian UI oleh Ahli Desain. Dari hasil tersebut, maka UI yang dirancang pada penelitian ini mendapatkan Kualifikasi Baik dengan keterangan Tidak Perlu Direvisi keberhasilan pada aplikasi maze 87 dengan kategori High dan Skor SUS 93. Berdasarkan hasil skor SUS tersebut, maka usability prototype yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini dapat diterima atau Acceptable dan tingkat penerimaan dengan peringkat adjective yang memperoleh nilai Best Imaginable serta dengan grade scale yang mendapatkan grade A+ . Kata Kunci : Company Profile, Website, User Interface, User Experience, Design Thinking, System Scale Usability (SUS). CV Putra Jaya Mandiri does not yet have a Website-based Company Profile, does not utilize digital media, has many business competitors in the same field, and does not yet have a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. The method used in this research was design thinking which has 5 stages, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The result of this research is a High-Fidelity Prototype as a reference for making a Website-based Company Profile at CV Putra Jaya Mandiri which is in accordance with the needs of users, namely owners, workers, regular customers, and potential customers. The high-fidelity prototype that has been developed achieved a score of 87.5 in UI testing by Design Experts. From these results, the UI designed in this study received a Good Qualification with a description of No Need to Revise the success of the maze application 87 with the High category and a SUS Score of 93. Based on the SUS score results, the usability prototype developed in this study was Acceptable, and the level of acceptance with adjective ratings received the Best Imaginable value and a grade scale A+.
