Abstract

******Abstrak******** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran promosi yang dilakukan pihak pengelola wisata rekreasi ATV Adventure Indonesia terhadap keputusan pengunjung dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitin deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak kepengurusan perusahaan ATV Adventure Indonesia yaitu Direktur Utama, Supervisor, 2 Karyawan dan 2 Wisatawan ATV Adventure Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan pedoman hasil reduksi data, wawancara,dan dokumentasi serta dengan tehnik pengumpulan data yang telah dikumpulkan, dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian. Wisata rekreasi ATV Adventure Indonesia memliki konsep fun offroad,Sehingga semua kalangan dari berbagai usia dari anak-anak, remaja, maupun orang tua dapat menikmati kenyamanan dan aman. Petugas pengelola melakukan promosi media sosial seperti Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook sehingga dapat menarik indahnya wisata rekreasi ATV Adventure Indonesia. Promosi mempunyai peran penting dalam mengenalkan Wisata Rekreasi ATV Adventure Indonesia ke masyarakat luas dan juga berfungsi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan bagi wisata rekreasi ATV Adventure Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Peran Promosi, Media Sosial, Keputusan Pengunjung *******Abstract****** This study aims to determine the role of promotion carried out by the management of ATV Adventure Indonesia recreational tourism on visitor decisions by utilizing their social media. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research subjects in this study were the management of the ATV Adventure Indonesia company, namely the President Director, Supervisor, 2 Employees and 2 ATV Adventure Indonesia Tourists. Data collection techniques using data triangulation with data reduction guidelines, interviews, and documentation and with data collection techniques that have been collected, analyzed using qualitative data analysis, namely describing the state of the object of research. ATV Adventure Indonesia recreational tourism has a fun offroad concept, so that all people of various ages from children, adolescents, and parents can enjoy comfort and safety. The management officer promotes social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook so that it can attract the beauty of ATV Adventure Indonesia recreational tourism. Promotion has an important role in introducing ATV Adventure Indonesia Recreational Tourism to the wider community and also serves to increase revenue for ATV Adventure Indonesia recreational tourism.
