Abstract

******ABSTRAK****** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pengetahuan atlet DKI Jakarta terhadap penanganan pertama cedera olahraga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, untuk memperoleh data mengenai tingkat pengetahuan penanganan pertama cedera olahraga. Sedangkan soal tes pengetahuan digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana populasi memiliki pengetahuan mengenai penanganan pertama cedera olahraga.Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket melalui form kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Selanjutnya untuk menghitung persentase yang termasuk dalam kategori di setiap aspek digunakan rumus dari Anas Sudijono (2006), yaitu: P = F/N x 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan tingkat pengetahuan penanganan pertama cedea olahraga pada atlet panjat tebing DKI Jakarta yaitu sebanyak 21 atlet (70%) kategori Baik Sekali dan 9 atlet (30%) kategori Baik. Tingkat pengetahuan penanganan pertama cedera olahraga adalah dominan Baik Sekali. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a survey technique, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire, to obtain data on the level of knowledge of first handling sports injuries. Meanwhile, knowledge test questions are used to measure the extent to which the population has knowledge about the first handling of sports injuries. The sample used was 30 people with sampling using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire through a questionnaire form and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Furthermore, to calculate the percentage included in the category in each aspect, a formula from Anas Sudijono (2006) is used, namely: P = F/N x 100%. Based on the results of the study, the level of knowledge of the first handling of sports in DKI Jakarta rock climbing athletes was as many as 21 athletes (70%) in the Very Good category and 9 athletes (30%) in the Good category. The level of knowledge of the first handling of sports injuries is predominantly Very Good. Keywords: RICE Method, Injury, Rock Climbing
