Abstract
ABSTRAK Risti Ajeng Setya Anggiri, 2020; Pengaruh Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, dan Dewan Komisaris Independen Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Non Keuangan Yang Terdapat Di Indeks LQ45 Tahun 2015-2018). Skripsi, Jakarta : Konsentrasi Keuangan, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komite audit, dewan direksi, dan dewan komisaris independen terahadap profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan return on equity (ROE). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini beruoa data tahunan (annual report) laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdapat pada Indeks LQ45 tahun 2015-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 26 sampel perusahaan, jumlah observasi 204.Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data panel dengan pendekatan Random Effects Model. Hasil dari penelitian komite audit, dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Thesis, Jakarta:Bahelor Degree of Management, State University of Jakarta The purpose of this research is to test relationship of the audit committee, board of directors, and independent board of commissioners to profitability which is proxied by return on equity (ROE). The data used in this research are annual data (annual report) of the company's financial statements contained in the LQ45 Index 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 26 company samples, with 204 observations. The model used in this study was panel data analysis with the Random Effects Model approach. The results of the audit committee research, the board of directors, the independent board of commissioners did not affect the company's profitability.
