Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong digitalisasi kesehatan, termasuk pemantauan kesehatan karyawan. PT. Widya Imersif Teknologi, perusahaan yang bergerak pada teknologi kesehatan Internet of Things (IoT), melihat peluang untuk menjawab kebutuhan ini dengan mengembangkan sistem visualisasi data kesehatan karyawan. Makalah ini mengusulkan implementasi Dashboard Monitoring Kesehatan Karyawan menggunakan ReactJS dan metode Kanban. Pengembangan dashboard ini menggunakan library ReactJS, library front-end yang populer untuk membangun antarmuka pengguna yang interaktif dan responsif. Metode Kanban, dengan tahapan Backlog, Ready, Coding, dan Testing, membantu mengatur dan mengelola proses pengembangan secara efisien dan efektif. Dashboard ini akan menampilkan data kesehatan terkini dan visualisasi data yang mudah dipahami, membantu manajemen perusahaan dalam memantau kesehatan karyawan, mengambil keputusan yang tepat, dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. ***** The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitization of healthcare, including employee health monitoring. PT. Widya Imersif Teknologi, a healthcare technology Internet of Things(IoT) company, sees an opportunity to address this need by developing an employee health data visualization system. This paper proposes the implementation of an Employee Health Monitoring Dashboard using ReactJS and the Kanban method. The development of this dashboard utilizes ReactJS, a popular front-end library for building interactive and responsive user interfaces. The Kanban method, with its Backlog, Ready, Coding, and Testing stages, helps to organize and manage the development process efficiently and effectively. This dashboard will display real-time health data and easy-to-understand data visualizations, assisting company management in monitoring employee health, making informed decisions, and enhancing employee productivity.
