Abstract

Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk di suatu wilayah setiap tahunnya menyebabkan kebutuhan akan air bersih juga meningkat. Melalui PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu berusaha meningkatkan penyediaan air bersih di wilayah tersebut. Pada saat ini, PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu terkendala oleh sisi supply, yaitu terbatasnya sumber air baku sehingga kapasitas intake kecil dan masih tingginya tingkat kebocoran air sehingga ketersediaan air bersih yang merupakan sisi demand sulit terpenuhi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini memprediksi ketersediaan air bersih di PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu hingga tahun 2030 dan memprediksi ketersediaan air setelah dilakukannya program upaya penurunan kebocoran air. Metode penelitian ini yaitu analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang saling berinterkasi dalam bentuk Causal Loop Diagram dan Stock Flow Diagram. Adapun software yang digunakan adalah Powersim Studio Version 10. Berdasarkan hasil prediksi yang telah dilakukan, PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu masih dapat mensuplai air bersih hingga tahun 2030. Akan tetapi jika tidak dilakukan upaya pengendalian kebocoran air, maka ketersediaan air bersih di PDAM akan menurun setiap tahunnya, sedangkan kebutuhan air bersih akan terus bertambah dikarenakan jumlah pelanggan juga semakin meningkat. Setelah dilakukan program berbagai upaya pencegahan kebocoran air, dapat diasumsikan bahwa kebocoran air akan berkurang menjadi 8%, sehingga pada hasil prediksi dengan aplikasi Powersim, ketersediaan air bersih di PDAM akan mengalami defisit pada tahun 2038. As the population in an area increases every year, the need for clean water also increases. Through PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu is trying to increase the supply of clean water in the area. Currently, PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu is constrained by the supply side, namely limited raw water sources so that the intake capacity is small and the level of water leakage is still high so that the availability of clean water which is the demand side is difficult to fulfill. The main objective of this research is to predict the availability of clean water at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu until 2030 and predict water availability after implementing a program to reduce water leaks. This research method is quantitative analysis based on variables that interact with each other in the form of Causal Loop Diagrams and Stock Flow Diagrams. The software used is Powersim Studio Version 10. Based on the predictions that have been made, PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bojongmangu will still be able to supply clean water until 2030. However, if efforts are not made to control water leaks, the availability of clean water at PDAM will decrease every year, while the need for clean water will continue to increase because the number of customers is also increasing. After carrying out various programs to prevent water leaks, it can be assumed that water leaks will be reduced to 8%, so that according to the prediction results using the Powersim application, the availability of clean water in PDAM will experience a deficit in 2038.
