Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang cepat telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Tekanan global ini mendorong lembaga pendidikan untuk terus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, sebagai perguruan tinggi negeri, memiliki berbagai sistem informasi untuk membantu mahasiswa dan lingkungan universitas dalam proses akademik. Salah satu sistem ini adalah Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Negeri Jakarta (SIAKAD UNJ). Namun, seiring dengan perubahan paradigma digital dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap mahasiswa, SIAKAD dianggap kurang intuitif, responsif, dan menarik visualnya. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya perancangan ulang antarmuka untuk memenuhi ekspektasi dan kebutuhan pengguna, terutama mahasiswa dalam hal kemudahan, efisiensi, dan kenyamanan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan antarmuka pengguna (UI) SIAKAD NEW GENERATION UNJ menggunakan Metode User-Centered Design, yang menghasilkan prototipe High-Fidelity. Tahap evaluasi melibatkan pengujian dengan User Experience Questionnare (UEQ) dan pengujian efisiensi pada jaringan menggunakan Chrome Devtools dan Chrome Lighthouse. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai yang sangat baik dalam hal daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan, yang menunjukkan pengalaman pengguna yang positif. Maka hasil penelitian ini masuk pada tingkatan excellent. Besar Resource, dengan rata-rata ukuran sebesar 2,07 MB dan rata-rata waktu muat halaman sebesar 686 milidetik per halaman yang dianggap cukup memuaskan. ****** Rapid development in information and communication technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including education. This global pressure has urged educational institutions to continuously adapt to technological advancements to enhance the quality of education and learning. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as a state university, has various information systems to assist students and the university environment in academic processes. One of these systems is the Academic Information System of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (SIAKAD UNJ). However, with the changing digital paradigm and based on interviews with students, SIAKAD is considered less intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing. This indicates the need for a redesign of the interface to meet user expectations and needs, especially for students in terms of ease, efficiency, and comfort. This research focuses on redesigning the user interface (UI) of the SIAKAD NEW GENERATION UNJ using the User-Centered Design Method, resulting in a High-Fidelity prototype. The evaluation phase involves testing with the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and efficiency testing on the network using Chrome Devtools and Chrome Lighthouse. The results show excellent ratings in attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty, indicating a positive user experience. The research results are classified as excellent. Resource size, with an average size of 2.07 MB, and average load time of 686 milliseconds per page, is considered satisfactory
