Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dihadapi Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi dalam melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengurus Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi memiliki strategi yang tepat dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu corporate strategy (strategi organisasi), program strategy (strategi program), resource support strategy (strategi pendukung sumber daya), dan institutional strategy (strategi kelembagaan). Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Komunitas Jakarta Mengabdi dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat terbagi menjadi hambatan internal dan eksternal. Hambatan internal meliputi keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang masih kurang, anggaran atau keuangan, dan terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana. Hambatan eksternal meliputi tingkat dukungan pihak eksternal dan keterlibatan masyarakat. This research aims to describe the strategy of the Jakarta Serving Community in empowering the community and describe the obstacles faced by the Jakarta Serving Community in carrying out community empowerment. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this research were the administrators of the Jakarta Serving Community. The research results show that the Jakarta Serve Community has the right strategy in implementing community empowerment. The strategies implemented by the Jakarta Serving Community in implementing community empowerment are corporate strategy (organizational strategy), program strategy (program strategy), resource support strategy (resource support strategy), and institutional strategy (institutional strategy). The obstacles faced by the Jakarta Serving Community in implementing community empowerment are divided into internal and external obstacles. Internal obstacles include insufficient skills and knowledge, budget or finances, and limited facilities and infrastructure. External barriers include the level of support from external parties and community involvement.
