Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa flipchart. Media flipchart dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu guru untuk menjelaskan materi jenis profesi/pekerjaan kepada peserta didik pada TK St Caroline Sunter. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur model pengembangan Baker & Schutz, yaitu 1) Formulasi Produk, 2) Spesifikasi Pembelajaran, 3) Uji Coba Soal, 4) Pengembangan Produk, 5) Uji Coba Produk, 6) Revisi Produk, 7) Analisis Operasi. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah Expert Review yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media serta guru pada TK St Caroline Sunter di tingkat TK A sebagai pengguna. Nilai rata – rata yang diperoleh pada tahap Expert Review sebesar 3,8 sehingga kualitas media dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji coba one to one mendapatkan nilai rata – rata yaitu 89,5% sehingga kualitas media dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan ini, menunjukkan bahwa flipchart pada pembelajaran tema profesi/pekerjaan sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran tema profesi/pekerjaan pada TK St Caroline Sunter. ***** This development research aims to produce products in the form of flipcharts. Flipchart media is used as a tool for teachers to explain the material of types of professions/jobs to students at St. Caroline Sunter Kindergarten. This development research was conducted by following the Baker & Schutz development model procedure, namely 1) Formulation, 2) Instructional Specifications, 3) Item Tryout, 4) Product Development, 5) Product Tryout, 6) Product Revision, 7) Operation Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were Expert Review, namely material experts and media experts as well as teachers at St. Caroline Sunter Kindergarten at the Kindergarten A level as users. The average value obtained at the Expert Review stage is 3.8 so that the quality of the media can be categorized as very good. Furthermore, based on the results of the one to one trial, the average value is 89.5% so that the quality of the media can be categorized as very good. Based on the results of this development research, it shows that flipcharts on learning the theme of professions/jobs are very good and feasible to use in the learning process of the theme of professions/jobs at St. Caroline Sunter Kindergarten.
