Abstract
Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan dua aspek yang berperan penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diperlukan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan guna menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah yang optimal, efektif, dan efisien. SMAN 71 Jakarta adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri terbaik di DKI Jakarta yang memiliki lingkungan asri, nyaman, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam menunjang penyelenggaraan pendidikan serta mencukupi kebutuhan para guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik di sekolah. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMAN 71 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dikenal dengan istilah triangulasi data. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan wawancara kepada 13 narasumber yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMAN 71 Jakarta telah melaksanakan tujuh fungsi utama manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penyaluran, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, penyimpanan, dan penghapusan dengan cukup baik. Akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. ***** Educational facilities and infrastructure are two aspects that play an important role in the implementation of education. In this regard, it is necessary to manage educational facilities and infrastructure to support the optimal, effective and efficient implementation of educational activities in schools. SMAN 71 Jakarta is one of the best Public Senior High Schools in DKI Jakarta which has a beautiful, comfortable environment, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of education and meet the needs of teachers, education staff and students at the school. Thus, this research aims to find out how the educational facilities and infrastructure are managed at SMAN 71 Jakarta. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach method. The data in this research was collected through observation, interviews and documentation known as data triangulation. In this research, interviews were conducted with 13 sources related to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques in this research were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Thus, based on the research results, it can be concluded that SMAN 71 Jakarta has implemented the seven main functions of management of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely planning, procurement, distribution, inventory, maintenance, storage and elimination quite well. However, there are still several obstacles in its implementation.
