Abstract
Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet merupakan anak Sungai Citarum yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bekasi dan menjadi sungai lintas kabupaten yang potensial dipergunakan untuk sumber daya air baku dan modal Pembangunan Kabupaten Bekasi, tapi kondisi Kualitas Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet semakin menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi status mutu Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet, menghitung beban pencemaran, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi pengendalian pencemaran air sungai. Analisis kualitas air dilakukan dengan penentuan status mutu air menggunakan metode indeks pencemaran, analisis kegiatan masyarakat dengan deskriptif kualitatif, serta strategi pengendalian pencemaran dengan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif metode kombinasi model atau desain sequential explanatory. Metode penelitian kombinasi model atau desain sequential explanatory adalah metode penelitian kombinasi yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara berurutan, dimana pada tahap pertama penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pada tahap kedua dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kondisi status mutu Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet telah tercemar sedang dari BA 1, BA 2 dan nilai Indeks pencemaran tertinggi pada BA 3. Adapun status mutu titik akhir memiliki nilai Indeks Pencemaran tertinggi dengan sebesar 6,17 poin (cemar sedang). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kualitas air Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet berkaitan dengan penggunaan lahan dan aktivitas masyarakat di sekitarnya Potensi beban pencemar Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet sebagian besar berasal dari kegiatan domestik (non point source) yang hasil total beban pencemar BOD sebesar 2.487.246,71 gram/hari, untuk kontribusi beban pencemar COD sebesar 3.356.200,86 gram/ hari, sedangkan untuk kontribusi sumber pencemar TSS sebesar 1.999.512,79 gram/ hari. Strategi pencegahan pencemaran air Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan AHP terhadap ketiga aspek yang berkaitan dengan strategi pengendalian pencemaran air menunjukkan bahwa aspek Ekologi merupakan aspek penting prioritas yang perlu dikembangkan dalam pencegahan pencemaran air Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Cibeet dengan nilai bobot 0,417. The Cibeet River Sub-Watershed is a tributary of the Citarum River which is located in Bekasi Regency and is a cross-district river that has the potential to be used as a raw water resource and capital for the development of Bekasi Regency, but the quality of the Cibeet River Sub-Watershed is decreasing. This research aims to analyze the condition of the quality status of the Cibeet River Basin, calculate the pollution load, and provide recommendations for strategies for controlling river water pollution. Water quality analysis is carried out by determining water quality status using the pollution index method, analyzing community activities using qualitative descriptions, as well as pollution control strategies using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research method used is descriptive research using a combination of models or sequential explanatory design. The model combination research method or sequential explanatory design is a combination research method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches sequentially, where in the first stage the research was carried out using quantitative methods and in the second stage it was carried out using qualitative methods. The results of the research concluded that the quality status condition of the Cibeet River Basin was moderately polluted from BA 1, BA 2 and the highest pollution index value was BA 3. The end point quality status had the highest Pollution Index value at 6.17 points (moderately polluted) . This shows that the water quality conditions of the Cibeet River Basin are related to land use and activities of the surrounding community The potential pollutant load of the Cibeet River Basin mostly comes from domestic activities (non-point source) resulting in a total BOD pollutant load of 2,487,246.71 grams/day, for a COD pollutant load contribution of 3,356,200.86 grams/day, Meanwhile, the contribution of TSS pollutant sources is 1,999,512.79 grams/day. The strategy for preventing water pollution in the Cibeet River Basin, based on the results of AHP analysis of the three aspects related to water pollution control strategies, shows that the Ecological aspect is an important priority aspect that needs to be developed in preventing water pollution in the Cibeet River Basin with a weight value of 0.417.
