Abstract

ABSTRAK Fani Perdana, Mosi Integral 1950: Sebagai Jalan Kembali Menuju NKRI. Skripsi. Jakarta : Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan situasi politik masa Revolusi dan pasca peristiwa KMB. Dimana Republik Indonesia saat itu masih mencari sistim pemerintahan apa yang cocok untuk digunakan pada bangsa ini. Yang mana saat itu baru terbentuk Negara Republik Indonesia. Hadirlah seorang diplomat ulung asal Alahan Panjang, Solok, Sumatra Barat bernama Mohammad Natsir. Beliau berangkat dari seorang cendikiawan muslim yang sangat pandai dalam berdiplomasi dan santun dalam berpolitik. Natsir juga tidak bisa dilepaskan dari mosi yang dikenal dengan Mosi Integral Natsir. Dimana mosi ini yang merubah bentuk pemerintahan yang disepakati oleh Belanda dengan bentuk Federasi dan kembali ke bentuk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Seperti yang dicitacitakan pada UUD 1945 dan Proklamasi 1945. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis arsip dan kritik interen mosi integral yang diambil dari isi pidato Natsir di depan rapat sidang konstituante tanggal 3 April 1950 dan juga dengan tulisantulisan sezaman dengan bacakannya pidato Natsir. Penelitian menemukan bahwa para tokoh-tokoh politik masa awal kemerdekaan sudah bisa memisahkan mana kepentingan rakyat banyak dan mana kepentingan golongan. Yang membuat para tokoh bisa terlihat lugas dalam berpolitik masa awal kemerdekaan Kata kunci: Integral, Mosi, Natsir, NKRI ABSTRACT Fani Perdana. Where the Republic of Indonesia at that time was still looking for a system of government suitable for use in this nation. Which at that time was only the Republic of Indonesia. There was an experienced diplomat from Alahan Panjang, Solok, West Sumatra named Mohammad Natsir. He was descended from a Muslim scholar who was very good at diplomacy and polite in politics. Natsir also cannot be separated from the movement known as the Natsir Integral Movement. Where this motion changed the form of government agreed upon by the Dutch in the form of a federation and returned to the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. As provided in the 1945 Constitution and the 1945 Proclamation. The methods used include archival analysis and internal criticism of integral motions taken from the context of Natsir's speech in front of the Constituent Assembly meeting on April 3, 1950 and also with contemporaneous writings with the reading of Natsir's speech. The research found that political figures in the early days of independence were able to separate the interests of the people and the interests of the group.
