Abstract

Kepulauan Alor memiliki potensi wisata bahari yang luar biasa khususnya untuk kegiatan penyelaman namun belum sepenuhnya dikenal sebagai tujuan wisata bahari yang popular. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesesuaian lokasi wisata selam ditinjau dari data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan serta karakteristik wilayah, terbagi menjadi karakteristik fisik (kecerahan perairan, arus laut, persentase tutupan karang, keanekaragaman ikan karang, lifeform karang, dan batimetri) serta karakteristik non fisik (amenitas, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas). Pengambilan data dilakukan di 4 lokasi selam dalam Zona Pemanfaatan Pariwisata, Taman Perairan Kepulauan Alor. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan metode skoring. Berdasarkan hasil overlay, keseluruhan lokasi selam di Taman Perairan Kepulauan Alor masuk kedalam kategori sesuai hingga sangat sesuai. Lokasi selam Yellow Corner, dan Sebanjar masuk dalam kategori sesuai (S2) dengan nilai >150 dan <225, sedangkan lokasi selam Biatabang dan Anemone City masuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai (S1) dengan nilai >225. Kemudian berdasarkan data kunjungan wisatawan Kabupaten Alor tahun 2022-2023, lokasi selam Biatabang merupakan lokasi selam yang paling populer dengan jumlah kunjungan 791 penyelam, disusul Yellow Corner, Anemone City, dan Sebanjar dengan jumlah kunjungan 402 penyelam. Kata Kunci : Kesesuaian Wisata, Sistem Informasi Geografis, Wisata Selam. ********* The Alor Islands have tremendous marine tourism potential, especially for diving activities, but are not yet fully recognised as a popular marine tourism destination. The purpose of this study is to analyse the suitability of dive tourism locations in terms of data on the number of tourist visits and regional characteristics, divided into physical characteristics (water brightness, ocean currents, percentage of coral cover, reef fish diversity, coral lifeforms, and bathymetry) and non-physical characteristics (amenity, facilities, and accessibility). Data were collected at 4 dive sites within the Tourism Utilisation Zone, Alor Islands Marine Park. The data were analysed using the scoring method. Based on the overlay results, all dive sites in the Alor Islands Marine Park fall into the suitable to very suitable category. Yellow Corner, and Sebanjar dive sites fall into the suitable category (S2) with values >150 and <225, while Biatabang and Anemone City dive sites fall into the highly suitable category (S1) with values >225. Then based on tourist visit data from Alor Regency in 2022-2023, Biatabang dive site is the most popular dive site with 791 divers visiting, followed by Yellow Corner, Anemone City, and Sebanjar with 402 divers visiting.
