Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana cara sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta di Jakarta timur mengatur kelengkapan peralatan praktik jurusan teknik instalasi tenaga listrik sesuai dengan anggaran yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta di Jakarta Timur yang ditentukan melalui metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode wawancara secara langsung dengan narasumber terkait untuk menggambarkan lebih lanjut hubungan antara kelengkapan peralatan praktik pada jurusan teknik instalasi tenaga listrik dengan kemampuan sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta dalam mengalokasikan anggaran yang dimiliki untuk pengadaan sarana dan prasarana melalui data kualitatif. Setiap sekolah yang diteliti, peneliti mewawancarai tiga orang sebagai narasumber pada penelitian ini dengan total narasumber sebanyak sembilan orang. Hasil dari studi yang peneliti lakukan menunjukkan bahwa Kelengkapan peralatan praktik jurusan teknik instalasi tenaga listrik berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 pada SMK Iptek Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 25.26% (Tidak Lengkap), pada SMK Al-Akhyar 2 Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 22.1% (Tidak Lengkap), sedangkan pada SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 24.21% (Tidak Lengkap). Kelengkapan peralatan uji kompetensi kejuruan untuk tugas merakit instalasi listrik yang ada di laboratorium teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Iptek Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 97,2%, pada SMK Al-Akhyar 2 Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 96.5%, sedangkan pada SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta persentase kelengkapannya sebesar 100%. ***** This study aims to find out how private vocational high schools in East Jakarta manage the completeness of the practical equipment of the electrical power installation engineering department according to their budget. This research was conducted in three private vocational high schools in East Jakarta which were determined through a random sampling method. This study uses the method of direct interviews with relevant resource persons to further describe the relationship between the completeness of practical equipment in the Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering and the ability of private vocational high schools to allocate their budget for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure through qualitative data. For each school studied, the researcher interviewed three people as resource persons in this study with a total of nine resource persons. The results of the study conducted by the researcher show that the completeness of the practical equipment of the Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering based on the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2019 at SMK Science and Technology Jakarta has a completeness percentage of 25.26% (Incomplete), at SMK Al-Akhyar 2 Jakarta the completeness percentage is 22.1% (Incomplete), while at SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta the percentage of completeness is 24.21% (Incomplete). The completeness of vocational competency test equipment for the task of assembling electrical installations in the electrical power installation engineering laboratory of SMK Iptek Jakarta has a completeness percentage of 97.2%, at SMK Al-Akhyar 2 Jakarta the completeness percentage is 96.5%, while at SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta the completeness percentage is 100%.
