Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan berbasis koperasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang yang terdiri dari kepala Koperasi Sahabat Perempuan (KSP), pembina KSP dari PPSW dan 3 anggota PUM. Strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan berbasis koperasi dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui Program Perempuan Ussaha Mikro (PUM) dengan mengukur 4 aspek yaitu modal, pelatihan, sarana & prasarana dan perlilndungan usaha perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Koperasi memberikan akses bantuan modal kepada anggota dengan mempertimbangkan analisis kemajuan usaha. Setelah medapatkan bantuan modal dilakukan pelatihan-pelatihan seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, manajemen usaha kecil, pemasaran, branding dan perencanaan bisnis. Sarana dan akses yang diberikan Koperasi Sahabat Perempuan berupa fasilitas seperti tempat pelatihan, konsumsi dan transportasi. Koperasi memberikan perlindungan usaha kepada perempuan berupa bantuan pembuatan Sertifikasi halal dan NPWP dengan bekerjasama dengan sudin dan dinas terkait. Program ini menunjukan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan berbasis koperasi dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah omset dan laba usaha anggotanya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan landasan untuk memperkuat peran koperasi sebagai agen pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan. *****This research aims to study cooperative-based women's economic empowerment strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation with sample data collection using purposive sampling techniques. The number of informants in this research was 5 people consisting of the head of the Sahabat Perempuan Cooperative (KSP), the KSP supervisor from PPSW and 3 members of PUM. The strategy for cooperative-based women's economic empowerment in this research is through the Women's Micro Enterprise Program (PUM) by measuring 4 aspects, namely capital, training, facilities & infrastructure and protection of women's businesses. The results of this research are that cooperatives provide access to capital assistance to members by considering business progress analysis. After receiving capital assistance, training is carried out such as entrepreneurship training, small business management, marketing, branding and business planning. The facilities and access provided by the Sahabat Perempuan Cooperative include facilities such as training places, food and transportation. Cooperatives provide business protection to women in the form of assistance in obtaining halal certification and NPWP by collaborating with related sub-departments and agencies. This program shows success in increasing cooperative-based women's economic empowerment as seen from the increase in turnover and business profits of its members. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a basis for strengthening the role of cooperatives as agents of women's economic empowerment.
