Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau manajemen perawatan gedung pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.24/PRT/M/2008 dan Manual Pemeliharaan Gedung Sekolah pada Bangunan Sekolah Berstatus Cagar Budaya di DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian berupa studi literatur yang dilakukan didapat dari berbagai sumber berupa jurnal, buku, dokumentasi, artikel dan peraturan yang berkaitan dengan tujuan penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 sekolah cagar budaya di Jakarta dan manajemen perawatan dan pemeliharaan pada setiap bangunan sekolah. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya beberapa kerusakan pada setiap sekolah yang dijadikan tempat penelitian. Pihak terkait mengabaikan aspek pelestarian, dan hanya memfokuskan pada aspek keandalan dan tata bangunan saja, Sekolah sekolah yang dijadikan tempat penelitian merupakan bangunan berstatus cagar budaya yang membutuhkan penanganan lebih khusus dan spesifik. serta meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang merawatnya, diharapkan adanya perubahan sehingga sekolah sekolah berstatus cagar budaya tersebut dapat dilestarikan. This research aims to review the management of building maintenance pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 24/PRT/M/2008 and the Manual for School Building Maintenance in the Cultural Heritage School Buildings in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The method used in this research is a literature review. Such kinds of literature were obtained from various sources, namely journals, books, documentation, articles and regulations related to the aim of the research. The populations in this research are 24 cultural heritage schools in Jakarta and the management of care and maintenance in each school building. The result indicates that there were several damages in each school where the research was conducted. The relevant parties neglect the aspect of preservation and focus only on the aspect of reliability and site plan The schools where the research was conducted are cultural heritage buildings which require distinctive and specific treatment and improved human resources to maintain the buildings. Changes are expected so that said cultural heritage schools shall be preserved.
