Abstract

HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN OTOT LENGAN DAN KONSENTRASI DENGAN SCORE RONDE NASIONAL PADA ATLET PUTRA CLUB BRAHMASTRA ARCHERY ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan score ronde nasional, 2) hubungan antara konsentrasi dengan score ronde nasional, dan 3) hubungan kekuatan otot lengan dan konsentrasi secara bersamaan dengan score ronde nasional. Pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juni 2024 di pusat latihan lapangan panahan Brahmastra Jatimakmur Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi korelasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara variabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet putra Brahmastra Archery yang berjumlah 50 orang, dan sampelnya berjumlah 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen tes kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan pull and push dynamometer, untuk tes konsentrasi menggunakan grid concentration dan tes mengukur score ronde nasional. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan dengan Score Ronde Nasional, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.916X₁ dan koefesien korelasi ry1 = 0.970. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Konsentrasi dengan Score Ronde Nasional, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.278 X2 dan koefesien korelasi ry2 = 0.977. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Kekuatan Otot Lengan dan Konsentrasi dengan Score Ronde Nasional, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.915X₁ + 2.278 X2 dan koefesien korelasi ry1-2 = 0,949. Kata Kunci : Kekuatan Otot Lengan, Konsentrasi, Score Ronde Nasional. ********* THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ARM MUSCLE STRENGTH AND CONCENTRATION ON NATIONAL ROUND SCORES IN CLUB BRAHMASTRA ARCHERY MALE ATHLETES ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the relationship between arm muscle strength and national round scores, 2) the relationship between concentration and national round scores, and 3) the relationship between arm muscle strength and concentration simultaneously with national round scores. The collection of research data was carried out in June 2024 at the Brahmastra Jatimakmur Archery Field Training Center, Bekasi City. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a correlation study to find out how much the relationship between variables is. The population of this study is Brahmastra Archery athletes totaling 50 people, and the sample is 20 people using purposive sampling techniques. The arm muscle strength test instrument uses a pull and push dynamometer, for the concentration test using the concentration grid and the test measures the national round score. The statistical analysis technique used is using the t-test. The results of the data analysis showed that 1) There was a significant relationship between Arm Muscle Strength and National Round Score, with a linear equation Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.916X₁ and a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.970. 2) There is a significant relationship between Concentration and National Round Score, with the linear line equation Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.278 X2 and the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.977. 3) There was a significant relationship between Arm Muscle Strength and Concentration with the National Round Score, with the linear equation Ŷ = 33.020 + 2.915X₁ + 2.278 X2 and the correlation coefficient ry1-2 = 0.949.
