Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran flipped classroom yang memanfaatkan platform digital self-learning system dan diagnostic system pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pengembangan model pembelajaran ini menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: analisis kebutuhan, desain dan pengembangan, serta implementasi dan evaluasi (Yaumi, 2018). Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap pembelajaran digital serta analisis kurikulum yang berlaku. Tahap desain dan pengembangan melibatkan perancangan konten digital, seperti modul pembelajaran, video pembelajaran, serta alat evaluasi diagnostik. Selanjutnya, tahap implementasi dan evaluasi meliputi uji coba model pembelajaran pada siswa SMK dan analisis data hasil uji coba untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom dengan dukungan platform digital self-learning system dan diagnostic system dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan. Data hasil uji coba menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa serta respon positif dari siswa dan guru terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Model Hannafin and Peck terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dan adaptif. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas di SMK guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi. Kata kunci: flipped classroom, self-learning system, diagnostic system, administrasi infrastruktur jaringan, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, model Hannafin and Peck ***** This research aims to develop a flipped classroom learning model utilizing a digital self-learning system and diagnostic system for the subject of Network Infrastructure Administration at Vocational High Schools. The development of this learning model employs the Hannafin and Peck model, which consists of three main stages: needs analysis, design and development, and implementation and evaluation (Yaumi, 2018). In the needs analysis stage, the requirements of students and teachers for digital learning were identified, along with an analysis of the existing curriculum. The design and development stage involved creating digital content such as learning modules, instructional videos, and diagnostic evaluation tools. The implementation and evaluation stage included testing the learning model with Vocational High School students and analyzing the trial data to assess the effectiveness of the developed model. The results indicate that the implementation of a flipped classroom model supported by a digital self-learning system and diagnostic system can enhance students' understanding of the Network Infrastructure Administration subject. Trial data showed significant improvements in student learning outcomes and positive responses from both students and teachers towards the use of technology in the learning process. The Hannafin and Peck model proved effective in developing and implementing an interactive and adaptive digital learning environment. Therefore, this learning model is recommended for wider application in vocational high schools to improve the quality of education and student skills in information technology. This research also contributes to the development of innovative and technology-based learning methods.
