Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi para pembina pramuka terhadap proses pembelajaran di Kwartir Ranting Jatiasih. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pembina pramuka yang aktif di gugus depan sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, survey dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS v.27 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pembina pramuka berpengaruh positif terhadap penyelenggaraan proses pembelajaran di Kwartir Ranting Jatiasih. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pembina pramuka yang bersemangat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, pembina perlu memahami prinsip dan metode kepramukaan agar dapat menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler Pramuka yang menarik dan menantang bagi peserta didik. ***** This research aims to determine the motivation of scout leaders regarding the learning process at Kwartir Ranting Jatiasih. The sample in this study was 60 scout leaders who were active in the front group. Sampling used random sampling. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation, surveys and analyzed using SPSS v.27. The results of the research showed that the work motivation of scout leaders had a positive effect on the implementation of the learning process at Kwartir Ranting Jatiasih. These results show that enthusiastic scout leaders create a good learning process. Therefore, coaches need to understand the principles and methods of scouting in order to organize an interesting and challenging Scout extracurricular learning process for students.
