Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting menggunakan media audio visual pada siswa kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 6 Depok yang terdiri dari 35 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode action research, yaitu dengan memberikan tindakan khusus kepada subjek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting menggunakan media audio visual. Adapun tahapan shooting ini yaitu berdiri dengan dua kaki terbuka berjarak selebar bahu, pandangan fokus melihat ke arah bola, perkenaan kaki pada bola adalah menggunakan punggung kaki atau bagian tempurung kaki, kaki tumpu terletak persis di samping bola dan badan agak dibungkukkan sedikit, mata melihat kearah bola, kedua tangan dibuka dan dibengkokkan pada siku untuk menjaga keseimbangan, pergerakan sikap akhir kaki diayun dengan rileks pada saat gerakan lanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting. Hal ini terlihat dari tingkat kelulusan subjek pada tes awal berjumlah 16 siswa atau 45,71%. Setelah diberikan tindakan siklus I siswa sudah mulai bisa melakukan shooting dengan tingkat kelulusan berjumlah 25 siswa atau 71,42%). Siklus II pertemuan 1, pada siklus ini peneliti fokus pada gerakan shooting menggunakan media audio visual dan tidak melakukan tes. Setelah diberikan tindakan siklus II pertemuan 2, semua siswa sudah mampu melakukan tahapan gerak shooting sehingga seluruh siswa memperoleh hasil yang signifikan dengan memperoleh tingkat kelulusan pada tes akhir berjumlah 35 siswa atau 100%. This study aims to improve the learning results of shooting using audio visual media in Class XI IPS 4 Students of SMA 6 Depok consisting of 35 students. The method used in this research is the action research method, namely by providing specific action to the subject to improve learning results shooting using audio visual media. The shooting stage is standing with two legs apart shoulder width apart, focus view looks towards the ball, to wear a foot on a ball is to use the instep or part of the leg cap, the foot rests just beside the ball and the body is slightly bent down, the eye looks towards the ball, both of hands are opened and bent at the elbows to maintain balance, the final posture motion of the foot is swayed with relax during further movements. Based on research results, it can be concluded that by using audio visual media can improve learning outcomes in shooting. This can be seen from the graduation level of subjects on the initial test totaling 16 students or 45.71%. After being given the action cycle I students have begun to be able to shoot with a graduation rate of 25 students or 71.42%. Cycle II on first meeting, in this cycle the researcher focused on shooting motion using audio visual media and didn’t do the test. After being given the second cycle of the second meeting, all students have been able to do the stages of shooting motion so that all students get significant results by obtaining a passing rate on the final test totaling 35 students or 100%.
