Abstract

Program keahlian di SMK banyak yang relevan ke program studi di perguruan tinggi sehingga siswa SMK dapat melanjutkan Pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Siswa SMK tentunya dapat memilih untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi selain langsung bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari faktor rasa tertarik, perhatian, keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat terhadap minat siswa SMKN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan melanjutkan pendidikan ke Sarjana Terapan Kosmetik dan Perawatan Kecantikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan responden 100 orang. Data diolah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda Y = 1,868 + 1,535 X1 + 0,270 X2 + 0,040 X3 + 0,203 X4 + 0,270 X5 + e. Secara parsial diperoleh nilai t tabel = 1,661, nilai t hitung untuk X1 = 13,661, X2 = 1,806, X3 = 1,797, X4 = 2,445, dan X5 = 3,018. Maka t hitung X1, X2, X3, X4, dan X5 > t tabel sehingga ha diterima dan ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor rasa tertarik, perhatian, keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan Pendidikan siswa SMKN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan dan pada standardized coefficients beta diperoleh nilai yang paling besar yaitu 0,850 pada variabel faktor rasa tertarik, maka variabel independen (X) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (Y) adalah faktor rasa tertarik. Vocational school students can of course choose to continue to college apart from going straight to work. This research aims to determine the influence of interest, attention, family, school and community factors on the interest of students at SMKN 7 South Tangerang City to continue their education to a Bachelor of Applied Cosmetics and Beauty Care. The research method used was quantitative with the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling with 100 respondents. Data were processed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y = 1.868 + 1.535 X1 + 0.270 X2 + 0.040 X3 + 0.203 X4 + 0,270 X5 Partially, the t table value = 1.661, the calculated t value for X1 = 13.661, X2 = 1.806, X3 = 1.797, X4 = 2.445 and X5 = 3,018 and Then t calculate X1, X2, X3, X4, and X5 > t table so that ha is accepted and ho is rejected. It can be concluded that the factors of interest, attention, family, school and community have a significant influence on the interest in continuing education of students at SMKN 7 South Tangerang City and the standardized beta coefficients obtained the largest value, namely 0.850 for the interest factor variable, then the independent variable (X) that has the most influence on the dependent variable (Y) is the interest factor.
