Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan mahasiswa Papua di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, serta bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat berpengaruh pada keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa Papua di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dimana dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket atau untuk mengetahui kondisi dan situasi yang ingin diteliti (Sugiyono, 2019). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat faktor internal dari mahasiswa Papua Afirmasi yang kurang percara diri untuk bergaul di lingkungan kampus dan perlu waktu untuk beradaptasi. Kemudian Adapun faktor eksternal dari keluarga atau orang tua dan lingkungan tempat tanggal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan hasil belajar mahasiswa Afirmasi Papua di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ****** This research aims to find out what factors influence the success of Papuan students at Jakarta State University, as well as how these factors can influence the academic success of Papuan students at Jakarta State University. The research method used is the survey method, which is carried out by distributing questionnaires or to find out the conditions and situations you want to research (Sugiyono, 2019). The results of this research are that there are internal factors among Papua Affirmation students who lack self-confidence to socialize in the campus environment and need time to adapt. Then there are external factors from the family or parents and the environment where the date is which greatly influences the success of the learning outcomes of Affirmation Papua students at JakartaState University.
