Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui, menghitung, dan menganalisis Pengaruh Praktik Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Melalui Kesiapan Berwirausaha Siswa SMKN 22 Jakarta. Peneliti menggunakan metode survei serta metode pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini. Didapati populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 214 siswa kelas X SMKN 22 Jakarta. Teknik proportional random sampling digunakan dalam menentukan sampel pada penelitian ini melalui penggunaan tabel Issac dan Michael dengan rasio tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 138 siswa. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yang dihitung menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil perhitungan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa praktik kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, praktik kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, kesiapan berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui kesiapan berwirausaha. **** The implementation of the research was carried out to know, calculate, and analyze the Influence of Entrepreneurial Practices on Entrepreneurial Interest through Entrepreneurial Readiness of SMKN 22 Jakarta Students. The researcher used a survey method and a quantitative approach method in this study. It was found that the affordable population in this study was 214 students in class X of SMKN 22 Jakarta. The proportional random sampling technique was used in determining the sample in this study through the use of Issac and Michael tables with an error rate ratio of 5% so that the sample in this study amounted to 138 students. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) is used as a data analysis technique in this study which is calculated using the SmartPLS Version 4.0 software application. The results of the calculation from this study explain that entrepreneurial practices have a direct and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurial practices have a direct and significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness, entrepreneurial readiness has a direct and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, and the influence of entrepreneurial practices has an indirect and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial readiness.
