Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi komponen context, input, process, dan product pada Program Pelatda Korfball DKI Jakarta Pada Babak Kualifikasi PON Aceh-Sumatera Utara 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP dari Stufflebeam, dengan menguunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2024, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pelatih dan atlet. Instumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, angket, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tahapan context pelaksanaan program PELATDA Korfball DKI Jakarta sangat baik karena mampu mencapai tujuan Tim PELATDA Korfball DKI Jakarta dan mempunyai dasar hukum yang jelas. Pada tahapan input, rekrutmen pelatih dan atlet cukup baik, karena pelatih belum mempunyai lisensi ketika pertandingan. Pendanaan sudah berjalan baik, hanya saja kesejahteraan atlet dan pelatih perlu ditingkatkan lagi seperti ketepatan turunnya honor. Sarana dan prasarana sudah sesuai dengan standar pertandingan. Tahapan process program latihan berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukannya proses monitoring oleh pengurus secara rutin dan adanya komunikasi antara pengurus, pelatih dan atlet. Evaluasi pada atlet memperoleh rata-rata 88% dikategorikan sangat baik. Pada tahapan product Pada babak kualifikasi PON Aceh-Sumatera Utara 2023 Tim PELATDA Korfballl DKI Jakarta lolos ke PON XII Aceh-Sumatera Utara 2024 dengan ini hasil ini target dari program PELATDA tercapai. Abstract The research is aimed at evaluating the context, input, process, and product components of the Jakarta DKI Jakarta Korfball Program at the PON Aceh-Sumatera North Qualification Race 2023. The study uses a CIPP evaluation model from Stufflebeam, combining a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. Data collection took place in June 2024, the subjects in this study were managers, coaches and athletes. The instruments used in data collection are interviews, questionnaire, documentation studies. The results of the research show that the context stage of implementation of the program is excellent because it is able to the goals of the Korfball Team and has a clear legal basis. At the input stage, the recruitment of coaches and athletes is quite good, as the coaches have not yet had a license at the time of the game. The funding has gone well, the welfare of athletes and coaches needs to be improved, such as the accuracy of honorarium payments. facilities and infrastructure are in line with competition standards. The stage of the training program process is running well and it does the process of monitoring by the manager on a regular basis and the presence of communication between the manager, coach and athlete. Evaluations on athletes get an average of 88% categorized very well. At product stage at the qualifying round of PON Aceh-Sumatera North 2023 Korfball Team DKI Jakarta passed to PON XII Aceh-Sumatra North 2024 with this result of this target of the PELATDA program achieved.
