Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan tenaga administrasi sekolah terhadap kepuasan peserta didik SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kualitas layanan tenaga administrasi sekolah sebagai variabel X dan kepuasan peserta didik sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 778 peserta didik kelas XII SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 89 peserta didik yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 12,207 + 0,934X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,741 atau 74,1%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung > ttabel yaitu 15,775 > 1,991. Dan hasil signifikansi regresi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan tenaga administrasi sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. ***** The study aims to determine the influence of the quality of school administration services on the satisfaction of students of the State High School in Kalideres district, West Jakarta. The study consists of two variables, namely, the school administration service quality as a variable X and student satisfaction as the variable Y. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in the study was 778 students in the 12th grade of the State High School in the Kalideres District, West Jakarta. Sampling used the Propotional Random Sampling technique with a total sampel of 89 students obtained using Slovin formula. Data collection technique using questionnaire with likert scale. The hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Y = 12,207 + 0,934X and coefficient of determination of 0,741 or 74,1%. From the results of the hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained are the tcount > ttable, namely 15,775 > 1,991. And result of a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So that was stated that the variable of the quality of the service of the school administration has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of the students of the State High School in the district of Kalideres, West Jakarta.
