Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan manajemen kurikulum di Bimbingan Belajar A Kota Bekasi yang meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Enam langkah penelitian studi kasus Yin digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu plan, design, prepare, collect, analyze, dan share. Analisis data menggunakan validitas data dengan membandingkan seluruh data yang diperoleh dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan: mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan pertanyaan penelitian, penggabungkan data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk tabel, dan membuat simpulan berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum di Bimbingan Belajar A Kota Bekasi meliputi penetapan tujuan lembaga, profil lulusan, capaian pembelajaran, struktur kurikulum, bahan kajian dan struktur program, beban belajar dan kalender akademik, serta pembagian tugas dan penjadwalan. Pelaksanaan kurikulum meliputi meliputi sosialisasi kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar, pelatihan, dan supervisi. Evaluasi kurikulum meliputi evaluasi hasil dan evaluasi proses. This research aims to explore the implementation of curriculum management in Tutoring ‘A’ Bekasi City which includes curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation. This research uses a case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation studies. Yin's six case study research steps were used in this research, namely plan, design, prepare, collect, analyze, and share. Data analysis uses data validity by comparing all data obtained using three collection techniques: classifying data based on research questions, combining the data obtained in tabular form, and making conclusions based on the data that has been obtained. The research results show that curriculum planning at Tutoring ‘A’ Bekasi City includes determining institutional goals, graduate profiles, learning outcomes, curriculum structure, study materials and program structure, study load and academic calendar, as well as assignment distribution and scheduling. Curriculum implementation includes curriculum socialization, teaching and learning processes, training and supervision. Curriculum evaluation includes outcome evaluation and process evaluation.
