Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui:1. Ada hubungan keseimbangan terhadap akurasi shooting, 2. Ada hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan akurasi shooting, 3. Ada hubungan keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMK Bogor Muhiddin School. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebnyak 20 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu: 1. Untuk mengukur keseimbangan menggunakan bass test, 2. Untuk mengukur kekuatan otot tungkai menggunakan back and leg dynamometer, 3. Tes pengukuran akurasi shooting menggunakan four box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting. Secara hasil data analisis hubungan antara keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap akurasi shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMK Bogor Muhiddin School, 1. untuk hasil keseimbangan terhadap Akurasi Shooting di dapatkan sebesar (0,398) dengan korelasi lemah, 2. hasil kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap Akurasi Shooting di dapatkan hasil sebesar (0,460) dengan korelasi sedang. 3. Sedangkan hubungan Antara Keseimbangan Dan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Terhadap Akurasi Shooting didapatkan sebesar (0,467) dengan kategori sedang. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Hubungan Antara Keseimbangan Dan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Terhadap Kemampuan Akurasi Shooting Dalam Permainan Sepakbola Pada Siswa Ekstrakulikuler Smk Bogor Muhiddin School adalah dalam kategori sedang. There is a relationship between leg muscle strength and shooting accuracy ability, 3. There is a relationship between balance and leg muscle strength and shooting accuracy in football games in extracurricular students of SMK Bogor Muhiddin School. This study uses quantitative descriptive research. The sample taken was 20 students using the total sampling technique. In this study, the research instruments used were: 1. To measure balance using a bass test, 2. To measure leg muscle strength using a back and leg dynamometer, 3. Shooting accuracy measurement test using a four box. The results of the study showed that balance and leg muscle strength on shooting accuracy. Based on the results of the data analysis of the relationship between balance and leg muscle strength on shooting accuracy in football games in extracurricular students of SMK Bogor Muhiddin School, 1. for the results of balance on Shooting Accuracy obtained (0.398) with a weak correlation, 2. the results of leg muscle strength on Shooting Accuracy obtained results of (0.460) with a moderate correlation. 3. Meanwhile, the relationship between balance and leg muscle strength to shooting accuracy was obtained (0.467) with a moderate category. This result shows that the relationship between balance and leg muscle strength to shooting accuracy in soccer games for extracurricular students of SMK Bogor Muhiddin School is in the moderate category.
