Abstract

Iklim organisasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari komunikasi organisasi yang mengacu pada lingkungan atau suasana kerja yang dipersepsikan oleh internal suatu organisasi. Dalam Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah (OSPI), kinerja anggota tidak kondusif karena adanya beberapa keluhan di antara anggota, seperti hubungan yang tidak akrab dan perasaan yang tidak nyaman saat bekerja. Dengan demikian, hubungan antaranggota OSPI menjadi salah satu faktor yang perlu diteliti mengenai pengaruhnya dengan kinerja mereka selama menyelesaikan tugas di organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah (OSPI) Putri Periode 2023/2024. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori human relations menurut Elton Mayo. Terdapat dua variabel pada penelitian ini, yakni iklim organisasi dan kinerja. Variabel iklim organisasi memiliki tujuh dimensi yaitu structure, responsibility, reward, warmth, support, organizational identitiy and loyality, dan risk. Sedangkan variabel kinerja memiliki enam dimensi yakni kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, kemandirian, inisiatif, adaptabilitas, dan kerja sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan survei dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini anggota Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Periode 2023/2024 sebanyak 59 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang karena menggunakan total sampling atau sensus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariate dan bivariate regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi pada Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah (OSPI) Putri Periode 2023/2024 memberikan dukungan yang positif melalui ketua OSPI yang sering membantu anggotanya ketika mengalami kesulitan. Kinerja anggota Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri (OSPI) Periode 2023/2024 juga memberikan kerja sama yang positif melalui anggota OSPI yang saling membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kemudian, terdapat pengaruh antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Periode 2023/2024. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa dukungan terhadap pengurus OSPI kuat dari ketua ke anggotanya. Namun, walau terdapat dukungan yang tinggi, kehangatan antaranggota kurang karena adanya rasa tidak nyaman di antara mereka. Saran untuk pengurus OSPI untuk mengadakan evaluasi terkait pekerjaan secara rutin untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan menjalin hubungan antaranggota dengan lebih baik lagi, hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan mengadakan acara yang menguatkan bonding seperti gathering dan lain-lain. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat menggali topik iklim organisasi yang berfokus pada hubungan antaranggota di organisasi kesiswaan, sebab masih kurang banyak diteliti, sehingga diharapkan peneliti lainnya dapat mengembangkan topik ini selanjutnya. ****** Organizational climate is one part of organizational communication that refers to the work environment or atmosphere perceived by the internal of an organization. To see whether the organizational climate is good or not, the internal performance of the organization must be known whether it is good or not, because performance can be one of the factors that affect the organizational climate itself. Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024 has several complaints in the field that are closely related to one of the dimensions of organizational climate, namely warmth, which measures the relationship between colleagues in the organization. The relationship between OSPI members is one of the factors that needs to be studied regarding its influence on their performance while completing tasks in the organization. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on the performance of members of Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024. The theory used in this study is the theory of human relations according to Elton Mayo. There are two variables in this study, namely organizational climate and performance. The organizational climate variable has seven dimensions, namely structure, responsibility, reward, warmth, support, organizational identity and loyality, and risk. While the performance variable has six dimensions, namely quantity of work, quality of work, independence, initiative, adaptability, and cooperation. This research uses the positivism paradigm with a quantitative approach. The method used is survey with descriptive research type. The population of this study was 59 members of Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024. The sampling technique in this study used non-purposive sampling and the sample of this study amounted to 59 people because it used total sampling or census. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate simple linear regression. The results showed that the organizational climate in Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024 provided positive support through the head of OSPI who often helped its members when experiencing difficulties. The performance of members of Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024 also provides positive cooperation through OSPI members who help each other in completing work. These things are supported from the measurement of the distribution value and the average value. Then, there is an influence between the organizational climate on the performance of members of Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024. This is supported based on the results of the simple linear regression test and the results of the hypothesis test which states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study states that Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024 has been proven to have an organizational climate that affects the performance of its members, especially in the support given by superiors to subordinates and cooperation owned by members. Suggestions for the Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Periode 2023/2024 to improve a good and conducive organizational climate as well as conducting regular work-related evaluations to improve performance. For future research, it is hoped that it can explore other organizational climate topics in more depth than this research which is more focused on the relationship between colleagues in Organisasi Santri Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Putri Period 2023/2024.
