Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan multimedia interaktif terhadap kemampuan metakognitif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar komunikasi fiber optic peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Telkom Jakarta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 peserta didik, terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih secara acak, yaitu kelas XI Tel 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen (n=26) yang menggunakan model PjBL berbantuan multimedia-interaktif dan kelas XI Tel 2 sebagai kelas kontrol (n=29) yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes hasil belajar, kuesioner kemampuan metakognitif, dan kuesioner kemampuan berpikir kritis. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk membandingkan hasil belajar pretest dan posttest antara kedua kelompok, dengan fokus pada kemampuan metakognitif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis di kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis data menggunakan program IBM Statistics 26.0 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pada kemampuan metakognitif, nilai sig (2-tailed) = 0,001, menunjukkan bahwa model PjBL berbantuan multimedia-interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan metakognitif peserta didik di kelas eksperimen. Pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, nilai sig (2-tailed) = 0,001, menunjukkan bahwa model PjBL berbantuan multimedia-interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di kelas eksperimen. Pada hasil belajar komunikasi fiber optic, nilai sig (2-tailed) = 0,005, dengan nilai rata-rata di kelas eksperimen 78,85 dan rata-rata di kelas kontrol 65,34, menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di kelas eksperimen memiliki hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning berbantuan multimedia interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan metakognitif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK Telkom Jakarta. Kata kunci: Project-Based Learning, multimedia interaktif, kemampuan metakognitif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, hasil belajar, SMK Telkom Jakarta. **** This research aims to analyze the influence of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by interactive multimedia on metacognitive abilities, critical thinking abilities, and fiber optic communication learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Telkom Jakarta.The research sample consisted of 55 students, consisting of two randomly selected classes, namely class XI Tel 1 as the experimental class (n=26) which used the PjBL model assisted by multimedia-interactive and class who use conventional learning methods. The research method used was a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. Research instruments include learning outcomes tests, metacognitive ability questionnaires, and critical thinking ability questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the t-test to compare pretest and posttest learning outcomes between the two groups, with a focus on metacognitive abilities and critical thinking abilities in the experimental class. The results of data analysis using the IBM Statistics 26.0 program show that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. In metacognitive abilities, the sig value (2-tailed) = 0.001, indicating that the multimedia-interactive assisted PjBL model significantly improves the metacognitive abilities of students in the experimental class. For critical thinking skills, the sig value (2-tailed) = 0.001, indicating that the multimedia-interactive assisted PjBL model significantly increases the critical thinking skills of students in the experimental class. On fiber optic communication learning outcomes, the sig value (2-tailed) = 0.005, with an average value in the experimental class of 78.85 and an average in the control class of 65.34, indicating that students in the experimental class had good learning outcomes. better than the control class. The conclusion of this research is that the Project-Based Learning learning model assisted by interactive multimedia is effective in improving metacognitive abilities, critical thinking abilities and learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Telkom Jakarta.
