Abstract

Kondisi laboratorium pendidikan teknik bangunan saat ini seperti pengolahan inventarisasi dan pemeliharaan peralatan praktik di laboratorium program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan masih bersifat manual yang tercatat di masing-masing laboratorium dalam bentuk Excel dan belum terdapat sistem yang belum terintegrasi satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemeliharaan peralatan praktik laboratorium batu/beton berbasis website pada program studi pendidikan teknik bangunan agar dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif inventarisasi aset dan manajemen pemeliharaan alat. Hasil produk pada penelitian ini berupa platform SiPrasPTB yang dapat diakses secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation). Sedangkan, metode pengembangan sistem website menggunakan metode waterfall dengan lima tahapan, requirements, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan data melalui analisa kebutuhan, uji validasi produk oleh ahli, serta uji coba terbatas untuk mengetahui penilaian pengguna terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase kelayakan produk sebesar ahli IT 92% dan ahli media menunjukkan persentase 92% kelayakan produk pada platform SiPrasPTB dapat dikatakan dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan, hasil penilaian uji coba terbatas yang diberikan laboran Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta terhadap platform SiPrasPTB sebagai pengguna sebesar 94% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. ***** The current condition of the building engineering education laboratory, such as the processing of inventory and maintenance of practice equipment in the Building Engineering Education study program laboratory, is still manual, recorded in each laboratory in the form of Excel, and there is no integrated system. This research aims to develop a web-based maintenance system for stone/concrete laboratory practice equipment in building engineering education study program to be used as an alternative for asset inventory and equipment maintenance management. The product of this research is the SiPrasPTB platform, which can be accessed online. The research method used in this study is research and development (R&D), with the development model used in this study being the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Meanwhile, the website system development method uses the waterfall method with five stages: requirements, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. This research began with collecting data through needs analysis, product validation tests by experts, and limited trials to assess users' evaluation of the developed product. Based on the research results, the expert validation results showed a product feasibility percentage of 92% by IT experts and 92% by media experts, indicating that the SiPrasPTB platform is in the "Very Feasible" category. Meanwhile, the limited trial assessment given by Building Engineering Education laboratory technicians at state university of jakarta to the SiPrasPTB platform as users was 94%, with the category "Very Feasible”.
