Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh father involvement terhadap kesiapan menikah Perempuan Dewasa Awal Bekerja di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Father Involvement Scale pada subskala Reported Father Involvement dan Marriage Readiness Scale. Sampel berjumlah 242 responden perempuan dewasa awal yang belum pernah menikah dan memiliki pekerjaan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif father involvement terhadap kesiapan menikah perempuan dewasa awal bekerja. Artinya, father involvement memprediksi meningkat atau menurunnya kesiapan menikah seseorang. ***** This research was conducted to determine the influence of father involvement on the marriage readiness of young adult women early in their careers. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using the Father Involvement Scale instrument on the Reported Father Involvement and Marriage Readiness Scale subscales. The sample consisted of 242 young adult women respondents who had never been married and had a job, using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence of father involvement on the marriage readiness of adult women early in their careers This means that father involvement predicts an increase or decrease in someone's marriage readiness.
