Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Upah Minimum Provinsi, Investasi dan Ekspor terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di pulau Jawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder. Metode pengambilan data dengan publikasi dari Badan Pusat Statistika dan Kementrian Investasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Eviews 12 sebagai media pengolahan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu provinsi di pulau Jawa diantaranya provinsi DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, D.I Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian inni menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel upah minimum provinsi terhadap tenaga kerja di pulau Jawa, (2) investasi menunjukkan hubungan yang negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di pulau Jawa, (3) ekspor menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di pulau Jawa. ***** This research aims to determine the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage, Investment and Exports on Labor Absorption on the island of Java. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data source used in this research is secondary data. Data collection method using publications from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Investment. In this research, Eviews 12 was used as a data processing medium. The data analysis techniques used are panel data regression testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The samples in this study were provinces on the island of Java including the provinces of DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, D.I Yogyakarta, East Java. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the provincial minimum wage variable on labor on the island of Java, (2) investment shows a negative and insignificant relationship on labor absorption on the island of Java, (3) exports show that there is positive and significant influence on labor absorption on the island of Java.
