Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang commuter line Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 141 responden. Karakteristik sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pria/wanita berusia diatas 17 tahun, yang pernah menggunakan commuter line Jabodetabek. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Loyalty Scale dan Service Quality Scale (SERVQUAL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 0,466 atau 46,6% pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Semakin tinggi penerapan kualitas pelayanan kepada penumpang, maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat loyalitas penumpang commuter line Jabodetabek. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on the loyalty of Jabodetabek commuter line passengers. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey questionnaire. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling with a total sample of 141 respondents. The characteristics of the sample in this study are men/women aged over 17 years, who have used the Jabodetabek commuter line. The measuring instruments used are the Loyalty Scale and Service Quality Scale (SERVQUAL). The research results show that there is an influence of service quality variables on passenger loyalty with an influence value of 0.466 or 46.6% of the influence of service quality on passenger loyalty. The higher the implementation of service quality to passengers, the higher the level of loyalty of Jabodetabek commuter line passengers.
