Abstract

Kota Jakarta Pusat sebagai salah satu wilayah dengan jumlah penduduk yang tinggi tetapi memiliki luas wilayah yang kecil dibandingkan luas wilayah kota provinsi DKI Jakarta lainnya, akan tetapi Kota Jakarta Pusat menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menyediakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau yang memadai sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau dan kesesuaian antara ruang terbuka hijau terhadap jumlah penduduk di Kota Jakarta Pusat tahun 2023. Metodologi pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis overlay untuk menghasilkan peta ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Jakarta Pusat yang terbagi dalam 8 kecamatan dengan parameter penggunaan lahan dan data ruang terbuka hijau Dinas Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota, Pengumpulan data sekunder pada penelitian ini dari berbagai sumber, termasuk Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Dinas Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota, serta studi literatur terkait kebijakan dan regulasi tentang RTH. Hasil pemetaan menunjukan bahwa Kota Jakarta Pusat memiliki luas keseluruhan Ruang Terbuka Hijau sebesar 503,94 ha atau 11% dari luas wilayah Kota Jakarta Pusat yaitu 4.813 ha, dengan rincian luas Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik Kota Jakarta Pusat sebesar 423,10 ha atau 9% dari luas wilayah Kota Jakarta Pusat dan luas Ruang Terbuka Hijau Privat Kota Jakarta Pusat sebesar 80,84 ha atau 2% dari luas wilayah Kota Jakarta Pusat. ***** The City of Central Jakarta as a region with a high population but has a small area compared to the area of other DKI Jakarta provincial cities, however, the City of Central Jakarta faces significant challenges in providing adequate Green Open Space in accordance with established standards. The aim of this research is to find out how the availability of green open space is and the suitability between green open space and the population in Central Jakarta City in 2023. The methodology in this research uses quantitative analysis with overlay analysis techniques to produce a map of the availability of green open space in Central Jakarta City which is studied in 8 sub-districts with land use parameters and green open space data from the City Parks and Forest Service. Collecting secondary data in this research from various sources, including the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the City Parks and Forest Service, as well as literature studies related to policy and development about RTH. The mapping results show that the City of Central Jakarta has a total area of Green Open Space of 503.94 ha or 11% of the total area of Central Jakarta, namely 4,813 ha, with details of the area of Public Green Open Space of Central Jakarta being 423.10 ha or 9% of the area of the city of Central Jakarta and the area of Private Green Open Space in the city of Central Jakarta is 80.84 ha or 2% of the area of the city of Central Jakarta
