Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah keterikatan tempat dan pengetahuan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kementerian/Lembaga Republik Indonesia memengaruhi kesiapan mobilitas relokasi Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling yang melibatkan 410 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Penelitian ini mengadaptasi Relocation Mobility Readiness Scale, Place Attachment scale, IKN Relocation Knowledge of Central Government Civil Servants Scale. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan tempat dan pengetahuan memengaruhi kesiapan mobilitas relokasi pada ASN. Keterikatan tempat memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kesiapan mobilitas relokasi, sedangkan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan mobilitas relokasi. ***** This research aims to determine whether place attachment and knowledge of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of Ministries/Institutions of the Republic of Indonesia impact the mobility readiness for the relocation of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN). The sampling technique was convenience sampling which involved 410 Central Government Civil Servants (ASN). This research adapts the Relocation Mobility Readiness Scale, Place Attachment scale, IKN Relocation Knowledge of Central Government Civil Servants Scale. The data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis. The research showed that place attachment and knowledge affecting relocation mobility readiness in ASN. Place attachment has a negative impact on readiness for relocation mobility, whereas knowledge has a positive impact on readiness for relocation mobility.
