Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dengan adaptabilitas karir pada individu yang menghadapi fase quarter life crisis. Adaptabilitas karir merupakan kemampuan individu untuk beradaptasi secara tepat terhadap berbagai perubahan dan menjaga keseimbangan peran. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yang sudah pernah bekerja dan terindikasi mengalami kecenderungan quarter life crisis melalui proses screening yang berjumlah 215 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karir, sehingga dapat disimpulkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05. Arah pengaruh kedua variabel positif, artinya semakin besar dukungan sosialnya, maka semakin besar pula adaptabilitas karir pada seseorang*****This research aims to determine the effect of social support on career adaptability in individuals facing the quarter life crisis phase in Indonesia. Career adaptability is an individual's ability to adapt appropriately to various changes and maintain related career balance. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were individuals who had worked and were indicated to be experiencing a quarter life crisis tendency through a screening process, totaling 215 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research using simple linear regression analysis which shows that there is a positive and significant influence between social support on career adaptability, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this research is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted with a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05. The direction of influence of these two variables is positive, meaning that the greater the social support, the greater a person's career adaptability.
