Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan Inovasi Materi Digital Operasi dan Perawatan Alat Berat untuk Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM) yang dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi tenaga kerja bongkar muat dengan membahas operasi kegiatan pelabuhan, perawatan alat berat dan standar keselamatan kerja pada proses perawatan alat berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan Model ADDIE yang terdiri dari (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Impelement, (5) Evaluate. Untuk mengukur kelayakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala likert kepada ahli materi, ahli media dan penilaian pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah inovasi materi digital dengan format pdf dan dirancang berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Khusus (SKKK) Nomor 2/4068/LP.00.00/XII Tahun 2022 dibidang Manajemen Perawatan Alat Berat. Hasil dari angket analisis kelayakan yaitu ahli materi 1 dengan hasil presentase sebesar 93%, ahli materi 2 dengan hasil presentase sebesar 92% dinyatakan ”Sangat layak”. Ahli media dengan hasil presentase sebesar 93% dinyatakan ”Sangat layak”. Selain itu hasil analisis penilaian 20 responden yaitu tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM) didapatkan presentase sebesar 87%. Berdasarkan dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk inovasi materi digital operasi dan perawatan alat berat dapat digunakan secara efektif dan telah memenuhi syarat. Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Materi Digital, , TKBM, Operasi dan Perawatan Alat Berat. ***** ABSTRACT This research is research into the development of Digital Material Innovation for Heavy Equipment Operations and Maintenance for Loading and Unloading Workers (TKBM) which can increase knowledge for loading and unloading workers by discussing port activity operations, heavy equipment maintenance and work safety standards in the heavy equipment maintenance process. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which consists of (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. To measure the feasibility of this research, a Likert scale questionnaire was used for material experts, media experts and user assessments. The result of this research and development is digital material innovation in PDF format and designed based on Special Work Competency Standards (SKKK) Number 2/4068/LP.00.00/XII of 2022 in the field of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management. The results of the feasibility analysis questionnaire were material expert 1 with a percentage result of 93%, material expert 2 with a percentage result of 92% was declared "Very feasible". Media experts with a percentage result of 93% were declared "Very worthy". Apart from that, the results of the assessment analysis of 20 respondents, namely loading and unloading workers (TKBM), obtained a percentage of 87%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that digital material innovation products for heavy equipment operations and maintenance can be used effectively and meet the requirements.
