Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Model Teknik Pukulan Jab & Straight berbasis Rubber. Pukulan Jab & Straight merupakan dua pukulan paling utama dalam olahraga tinju. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang digunakan oleh peneliti, penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Pada tahap analisis, peneliti melakukan studi lapangan untuk menentukan masalah, tahap kedua peneliti membuat sketsa awal produk (desain), tahap ketiga peneliti melakukan validasi produk awal kepada para ahli (pengembangan), tahap keempat peneliti melakukan uji coba produk kepada 11 mahasiswa Klub Olahraga Tinju Universitas Negeri Jakarta (implementasi), tahap terakhir peneliti melakukan konsultasi kepada para ahli dan revisi produk, buku dan tutorial penggunaan produk sesuai saran. Hasil penelitian berdasaran uji validasi dari para ahli menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 17 pertanyaan yang dihitung menggunakan skala likert mendapatkan nilai 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yang menghasilkan produk, video dan buku model latihan pukulan Jab & Straight berbasis Rubber dapat digunakan oleh pelatih, pembina olahraga dan atet cabang olahraga tinju. Kata Kunci: Model latihan, teknik pukulan Jab & Straight berbasis Rubber. Rubber-Based Jab & Straight Punch Training Model ABSTRACT This research aims to create a Rubber-Based Jab & Straight Punch Technique Model. Jab & Straight punches are the two most important punches in the sport of Boxing. According to the objectives used by the researchers, this research uses the ADDIE method, which consists of several stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the analysis stage, researchers conduct field studies to identify problems; in the second stage, researchers create initial product sketches (design); in the third stage, researchers validate the initial product with experts (development); in the fourth stage, researchers test the product on 11 students from the Boxing Sports Club at Jakarta State University (implementation); and in the final stage, researchers consult with experts and revise the product, book, and tutorial according to suggestions. The results of the research, based on validation tests from experts using a questionnaire with 17 questions calculated using a Likert scale, received a score of 91%, categorized as very good. The conclusion of this research, which resulted in a product, video, and book on Rubber-Based Jab & Straight Punch Technique training models, can be used by coaches, sports trainers, and athletes in the sport of Boxing.
