Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan produk yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mengenai informasi kegiatan operasional pelabuhan. Menurut SKKNI Tahun 2023 No. 104 calon teknisi harus mampu melakukan pembongkaran muatan peti kemas, mampu mengawasi pembongkaran muatan peti kemas, dan harus mampu memeriksa fisik barang yang dibongkar dari peti kemas. Salah satu bentuk implementasi dalam memberikan informasi kegiatan operasional bagi calon teknisi adalah dengan membuat e-modul. Acuan dalam membuaat produk e-modul yaitu memiliki sifat menarik dan interaktif. Proses pengembangan produk menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Four-D lalu dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahapan saja karena keterbatasan waktu dan biaya yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Pada tahap pendefinisian, dindetifikasi berdasarkan data dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia) tahun 2018 -2022 adanya kenaikan ekspor sekitar 4.43% serta impor 9%. akan tetapi kenaikan tren ekspor impor tidak diiringi oleh kinerja stakeholder pelabuhan indonesia yang dinilai mengalami penurunan kinerja oleh world bank sekitar 17 peringkat. Perancangan memanfaatkan sofware canva untuk membuat produk yang menarik dan interaktif. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan oleh 2 (dua) validator, yaitu satu dari ahli materi dan satu dari ahli media. Hasil Pengujian mendapatkan skor sebesar “90%” untuk ahli materi dan “92%” untuk ahli media, dan penilaiaan uji coba terbatas pengguna 97,4%, yang masing – masing masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dan “Sangat Baik”. Dengan demikian produk e-modul “Bagian Kegiatan Bongkar muat Petikemas” Berhasil mencapai tujuannya sebagai media untuk menyajikan informasi mengenai kegiatan operasional Pelabuhan peti kemas dengan cara yang menarik dan interaktif. ***This research aims to create a product that can increase competence regarding information on port operational activities. According to SKKNI 2023 No. 104 prospective technicians must be able to unload containers, be able to supervise the unloading of containers, and must be able to physically inspect goods being unloaded from containers. One form of implementation in providing operational activity information for prospective technicians is by creating e-modules. The reference in making e-module products is that they have interesting and interactive properties. The product development process uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Four-D model and is then modified into only three stages due to time and cost limitations consisting of the definition, design and development stages. At the definition stage, it was identified based on data from BPS (Indonesian Central Statistics Agency) for 2018-2022 that there was an increase in exports of around 4.43% and imports of 9%. However, the increase in the export-import trend was not accompanied by the performance of Indonesian port stakeholders, who were assessed as experiencing a decline in performance by the World Bank by around 17 rankings. The design uses Canva software to create attractive and interactive products. The development stage is carried out by 2 (two) validators, namely one material expert and one media expert. The test results obtained a score of "90%" for material experts and "92%" for media experts, and the limited user trial assessment was 97.4%, which fell into the "Very Decent" and "Very Good" categories respectively. In this way, the e-module product "Container Loading and Unloading Activities Section" has succeeded in achieving its objective as a medium for presenting information regarding container port operational activities in an interesting and interactive way.
