Abstract
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan penguasaan TIK terhadap mutu layanan guru Sekolah Dasar Katolik di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Surve dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 312 guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 176 guru Sekolah Dasar Swasta Katolik di Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Mutu Layanan Guru (Y) secara langsung adalah 0,3902 = 0,152 atau 15,2%. Sementara itu, besarnya pengaruh Penguasaan TIK (X2) terhadap Mutu Layanan Guru (Y) secara langsung adalah 0,4862 = 0,236 atau 23,6%. sedangkan besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Mutu Layanan Guru (Y) yang dimoderatori oleh Penguasaan TIK (X2) adalah 0,214 atau 21,4%. Maka pengaruh total Penguasaan TIK (X2) terhadap Mutu Layanan Guru (Y) adalah 0,390 + 0,486 x 0,440 = 0,603 atau 60,3%. Dengan kata lain dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap mutu pelayanan guru; Kedua, Penguasaan/ penggunaan teknologi informasi (TIK) berdampak langsung positif pada kualitas pelayanan guru; Ketiga, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap penguasaan TIK guru. Keyword: Mutu Layanan guru, Kepemimpinan, Penguasaan TIK************************This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and ICT mastery on the quality of service of Catholic elementary school teachers in South Tangerang. This research was conducted using the Surve method with a quantitative approach and path analysis techniques. The population in this study was 312 teachers. The research sample consisted of 176 teachers of Catholic private elementary schools in South Tangerang. The sampling technique used in this study was a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of leadership (XI) on teacher service quality (Y) directly was 0.3902-0.152, or 15.2%. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of ICT Mastery (X2) on Teacher Service Quality (Y) directly is 0.4862-0.236, or 23.6%, while the magnitude of the influence of Leadership (X1) on Teacher Service Quality (Y) moderated by ICT Mastery (X2) is 0.214, or 21.4%. Then the total effect of ICT mastery (X2) on teacher service quality (Y) is 0.390 + 0.486 x 0.440-0.603, or 60.3%. In other words, it can be concluded that, first, principal leadership has a direct positive effect on the quality of teacher services. Second, mastery or use of information technology (ICT) has a direct positive impact on the quality of teacher services. Third, principal leadership has a direct effect on teachers' ICT mastery.
