Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa e-book yang berfokus pada materi Dokumen Bongkar Muat, dirancang khusus untuk mahasiswa magang dan pekerja baru di PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra. E-book ini didesain untuk mendukung belajar mandiri dengan fitur-fitur interaktif seperti QR Code dan tautan otomatis, serta latihan soal untuk evaluasi pemahaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model Four-D (4D), yang meliputi tahapan pendefinisian, perencanaan, pengembangan, dan penyebarluasan. Validasi oleh ahli materi dan media dilakukan untuk memastikan kelayakan dan efektivitas buku ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book efektif sebagai bahan ajar mandiri. E-book dalam format PDF dilengkapi dengan navigasi yang memudahkan pengguna, serta ilustrasi dan contoh gambar yang memperjelas materi. Informasi penjelasan yang disajikan dapat dipahami dengan baik oleh pengguna. Pengujian validitas mengindikasikan bahwa e-book ini memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran, menawarkan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan memadai bagi mahasiswa dan pekerja baru di PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra. Hasil wawancara dengan kedua validator menyatakan bahwa produk yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan, tetapi terdapat beberapa catatan perbaikan yang perlu diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah penambahan materi mengenai penjelasan prosedur impor. Validator menilai bahwa dengan memasukkan penjelasan yang lebih mendetail tentang prosedur impor, e-book ini akan menjadi lebih komprehensif dan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam kepada pengguna mengenai seluruh proses bongkar muat, baik untuk ekspor maupun impor. Oleh karena itu, sebelum e-book ini disebarluaskan, disarankan untuk melakukan revisi sesuai dengan saran yang diberikan agar bahan ajar ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang maksimal bagi para pembacanya. Ocean Pearl Daisy. This e-book is designed to support independent learning with interactive features such as QR Codes and automatic links, as well as practice questions to evaluate understanding. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) with the Four-D (4D) model, which includes the stages of definition, planning, development and dissemination. Validation by material and media experts was carried out to ensure the suitability and effectiveness of this book. The research results show that e-books are effective as independent teaching materials. E-books in PDF format are equipped with navigation that makes it easy for users, as well as illustrations and image examples that clarify the material. The explanatory information presented can be understood well by users. Validity testing indicates that this e-book meets the requirements for use in learning, offering an interesting and adequate learning experience for students and new workers at PT. Ocean Pearl Daisy. The results of interviews with the two validators stated that the product that had been developed was suitable for use, but there were several improvement notes that needed attention, one of which was the addition of material regarding explanations of import procedures. Validators consider that by including a more detailed explanation of import procedures, this e-book will be more comprehensive and can provide users with a deeper understanding of the entire loading and unloading process, both for export and import. Therefore, before this e-book is distributed widely, it is recommended that it be revised according to the suggestions given so that this teaching material can provide maximum benefits for its readers.
