Abstract

Studi ini memiliki maksud untuk menyelidiki atau mengetahui keberpengaruhan antara variabel independen minat kerja, potensi diri, serta pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap variabel dependen kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri wilayah Jakarta Pusat yakni SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta dan SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta berjumlah 175 siswa. Penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik sampel proporsional random sampling dan mendapatkan 121 responden. Metode yang dipergunakan pada studi ini yakni kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dan survei. Studi ini dianalisis dengan uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah digarap menyatakan bahwa minat kerja memiliki keberpengaruhan positif serta signifikan terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja, potensi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, pengalaman praktik kerja industri memiliki keberpengaruhan positif serta signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dan yang terakhir minat kerja, potensi diri dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara bersamaan memiliki keberpengaruhan dan signifikan terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja. ***** This research defines the influence of work interest, personal potential, and industrial work practice experience on students' work readiness. The population majoring in accounting students at State Vocational Schools in the Central Jakarta area., namely State Vocational School 14 Jakarta, State Vocational School 16 Jakarta, and State Vocational School 31 Jakarta with a reasonable population of 175 students. The sampling method in this study used proportional random sampling and got 121 respondents. The study’s method is quantitative using questionnaires and surveys. The analytical methods in this research are descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and f-test), and coefficient of determination tests. The study’s results has been taken out state that work interest has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, self-potential has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, industrial work practice experience has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, and eventually work interest, self potential and work practice experience industries together have a substantial influence on work readiness.
