Abstract
Studi Parameter Struktur Kristal ZnO Nanopartikel menggunakan Metode Rietveld. Skripsi, Program Studi Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Juli 2024. Berdasarkan review jurnal, ZnO Nanopartikel berhasil di sintesis menggunakan metode biosintesis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ZnO Nanopartikel 0.4 M dan 0.8 M terhadap parameter struktur seperti konstanta kisi, ukuran kristalit, strain, volume unit atom dan densitas menggunakan metode rietveld refinement. Analisa struktur kristal ZnO Nanopartikel 0.4 M dan 0.8 M menggunakan metode rietveld refinement telah dilakukan. ZnO Nanopartikel 0.4 M dan 0.8 M mempunyai struktur hexagonal wurtzite dengan konstansta kisi a=b=3.249 dan c=5.20 nm dan memiliki volume unit atom sebesar 47.57; rata-rata ukuran kristalit 59.13 nm dan 48.08 nm; dan strain sebesar 0.13% dan 0.17%. ***** Study of Crystal Structure Parameters of ZnO Nanoparticles Using the Rietveld Method. Based on journal reviews, ZnO nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized using the biosynthesis method. This study focuses on analyzing ZnO nanoparticles at concentrations of 0.4 M and 0.8 M for structural parameters such as lattice constants, crystallite size, strain, unit cell volume, and density using the Rietveld refinement method. The crystal structure analysis of ZnO nanoparticles at 0.4 M and 0.8 M concentrations using the Rietveld refinement method has been conducted. ZnO nanoparticles at 0.4 M and 0.8 M have a hexagonal wurtzite structure with lattice constants a=b=3.249 and c=5.20 nm, a unit cell volume of 47.57, an average crystallite size of 59.13 nm and 48.08 nm, and strains of 0.13% and 0.17%, respectively.
