Abstract

Efisiensi operasional terminal petikemas mempengaruhi ketersediaan barang dan daya saing internasional, dengan parameter kinerja seperti Box Ship per Hour (BSH) dan Berth Working Time (BWT) menjadi fokus signifikan. Namun, data operasional Triwulan IV 2023 dari PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas menunjukkan rata�rata BSH belum memenuhi standar 55 BSH yang ditetapkan. Ketidaktercapaian ini mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi dan perbaikan teknis, tenaga kerja, dan prosedur operasional untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bongkar muat, mendukung kelancaran operasional pelabuhan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kesiapan alat bongkar muat, cuaca buruk, dan kapasitas alat mempengaruhi waktu pelayanan bongkar muat dan waktu kerja dermaga, sehingga pentingnya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami pengaruh BSH terhadap BWT di terminal petikemas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis BSH, menganalisis BWT, dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh BSH terhadap BWT di PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok 2 Ocean Going. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan langkah-langkah analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif distribusi frekuensi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 21,396 + 0,471X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit BSH akan meningkatkan BWT sebesar 0,471. Hasil uji T menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti BSH berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BWT. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa 25,7% variabilitas BWT dipengaruhi oleh BSH, sementara 74,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. However, operational data for the fourth quarter of 2023 from PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas shows that the average BSH has not met the set standard of 55 BSH. This shortfall indicates the need for technical evaluations, workforce improvements, and operational procedure enhancements to increase loading and unloading efficiency, support port operations, and promote economic growth. The readiness of loading andunloading equipment, adverse weather conditions, and equipment capacity influence the service time for loading and unloading and berth working time, underscoring the importance of further research to understand the impact of BSH on BWT at containerterminals. This study aims to analyze BSH, BWT, and the extent of the influence of BSH on BWT at PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok 2 Ocean Going. The research method used is quantitative, with analytical steps including descriptive analysis of frequency distribution, validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests. Simple linear regression analysis yields the regression equation Y = 21.396 + 0.471X, indicating that each unit increase in BSH will increase BWT by 0.471. T- test results show a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning BSH significantly affects BWT. The coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that 25.7% of BWT variability is influenced by BSH, while 74.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
