Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik lulusan yang bekerja dalam bidang non kependidikan. Guna mengembangkan dan memperbaiki kurikulum Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana agar sesuai dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan dunia kerja saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis secara statistic deskriptif dengan prosentase kemudian dideskripsikan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang persepsi lulusan terhadap variabel tersebut. Dilaksanakan di Provinsi Banten, DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Waktu penelitian pada semester 119-120 tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana yang bekerja di bidang non pendidikan tahun lulus 2019-2023 dan stakeholder./**** This study aims to find out the characteristics of graduates who work in the non educational field. In order to develop and improve the curriculum of the Fashion Education Study Program to be in accordance with the development and demands of the current world of work. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach and is analyzed statistically descriptively with a percentage and then described to get an overview of the perception of graduates towards these variables. It was held in Banten Province, DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. The research time is in semester 119-120 of the 2023/2024 academic year. The respondents in this study are graduates of the Fashion Education Study Program who work in the non-educational field in the 2019-2023 graduation year and stakeholders.
