Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan, sistem informasi akuntansi, kualitas laporan keuangan, dan literasi keuangan digital terhadap kinerja UMKM di Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang berstatus aktif dan berlokasi di wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan metode teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji relevansi prediksi, uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, sistem informasi akuntansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, kualitas laporan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan literasi keuangan digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat memilih teknik penentuan sampel yang lebih besar untuk mewakili populasi agar hasil yang didapat memiliki akurasi yang baik, menyusun kuesioner penelitian mencakup pertanyaan yang berasal dari instansi kecamatan yang mengelola UMKM di wilayah responden, dan mengembangkan lebih lanjut penelitian yang dapat dilakukan dengan mengganti atau menambahkan variabel lain yang lebih relevan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM serta dapat menggunakan obyek penelitian baru atau yang lebih besar. Kata Kunci: kompetensi kewirausahaan, sistem informasi akuntansi, laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan digital, UMKM. ***** The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence, accounting information systems, financial report quality, and digital financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in East Jakarta. The population in this research is MSME actors who have active status and are located in the East Jakarta area with a sampling technique method using purposive sampling and the sample used was 100 respondents. The research method used is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, prediction relevance test, hypothesis test using SPSS and SmartPLS applications. The research results show that entrepreneurial competence has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, accounting information systems have no effect on the performance of MSMEs, the quality of financial reports has no effect on the performance of MSMEs, and digital financial literacy has no effect on the performance of MSMEs. Future research is expected to be able to choose a larger sampling technique to represent the population so that the results obtained have good accuracy, prepare a research questionnaire including questions originating from sub-district agencies that manage MSMEs in the respondent's area, and develop further research that can be carried out using replacing or adding other variables that are more relevant in improving MSME performance and can use new or larger research objects.
