Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), salah satu cara mencapai hal ini adalah dengan upaya mengoperasikan penggunaan Fungsi pada Ms. Excel untuk perhitungan RAB di Bagian Perencanaan Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini yang dilakukan oleh penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan Fungsi pada Ms. Excel dapat dengan cepat menghitung RAB, menghemat waktu dan tenaga serta memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga dapat dikategorikan akan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam percepatan kinerja yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut, dalam implementasinya untuk melakukan optimalisasi penyusunan RAB berupa penggunaan rumus atau Fungsi pada Ms. Excel, perlu memastikan bahwa terdapat operator khusus yang memiliki pemahaman cukup tentang penggunaan Fungsi pada Ms. Excel. Saran dari peneliti diperlukan pelatihan, pendampingan atau operator yang dapat mengoperasikan terkait penggunaan Fungsi Ms. Excel agar mereka dapat memaksimalkan potensi aplikasi ini sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, akurasi, dan kualitas kinerja instansi. ***** This research aims to optimize the preparation of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), one way to achieve this is by trying to operate the functions in Ms. Excel for RAB calculations in the Planning Section of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Education and Training Agency. This research method was using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that by utilizing the functions of Ms. Excel can quickly calculate RAB, save time, energy and make decisions easier so that more effectively and efficiently in accelerating the required performance. Based on the objectives of this research, in its implementation to optimize the preparation of the RAB in the form of using functions in Ms. Excel, it is necessary to ensure that there are special operators who have sufficient understanding of the use of functions in MS. Excel. Suggestions from researchers require training, assistance or operators who can operate the use of the Ms function. Excel so that can maximize the potential of this application so that it can increase the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy and quality of agency performance.
