Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengembangan Kurikulum Pelatihan Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada akhir bulan Desember2023 hingga Juni 2024 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Relevansi Kurikulum Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM sangat relevan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan industri saat ini (2) Fleksibilitas Kurikulum Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM menunjukkan tingkat fleksibilitas yang tinggi (3) Kontinuitas Kurikulum Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM dikelola dengan pendekatan yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif (4) Efisiensi Kurikulum Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM dikelola dengan pendekatan yang sangat efisien (5) Efektivitas Kurikulum Dasar Pengawas di PPSDM telah terbukti efektif dalam mengadaptasi fase pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Kurikulum, Pelatihan, Pengawas ***** This research was conducted at PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan, aimed at understanding the development of the Basic Supervisor Training Curriculum at PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan. The study took place from late December 2023 to June 2024 and employed a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The findings of this study indicate that (1) the relevance of the Basic Supervisor Curriculum at PPSDM is highly aligned with current industry demands and trends, (2) the flexibility of the Basic Supervisor Curriculum at PPSDM demonstrates a high level of adaptability, (3) the continuity of the Basic Supervisor Curriculum at PPSDM is managed through a sustainable and adaptive approach, (4) the efficiency of the Basic Supervisor Curriculum at PPSDM is maintained through a highly efficient approach, and (5) the effectiveness of the Basic Supervisor Curriculum at PPSDM has proven successful in adapting to learning phases.
